How far in advance should I book?
For weekends and end-of-month dates, earlier is better. In slower seasons we can often book the same week—reach out with your date and inventory.
Do you have a minimum?
Most local hourly jobs have a 3-hour minimum. After that, billing is typically in 15-minute increments.
What should I do before the movers arrive?
Have fragile items and valuables separated, paths cleared, and small loose items boxed. Label boxes by room—your unload will be faster.
Do you disassemble furniture?
Yes. We bring basic tools for common furniture assembly/disassembly. Keep specialty hardware in a labeled bag.
How do you handle payment?
Payment is due at completion. For multi-stop or longer jobs, we can outline payment checkpoints up front.
Can you move me from one city to another?
Regional moves are possible depending on schedule. Send pickup and dropoff ZIP codes and we’ll confirm quickly.
